About Us - Supporting Young People to Thrive
At Limitless Sports & Learning Centre, we provide high-quality Alternative Provision (AP) and Alternative Education Provision (AEP) for young people who require a personalised approach to education.
We understand that every learner’s journey is different. Some students need short-term intervention to successfully reintegrate into mainstream education, while others benefit from a longer-term programme that enables them to achieve their academic, personal and career goals in a different learning environment.
Our provision is designed to remove barriers to learning by creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, develop resilience and experience success.
Working in partnership with schools, local authorities, parents and carers, we develop bespoke programmes that meet each learner’s individual needs. Through small class sizes, positive relationships and high-quality teaching, we support students to re-engage with education and prepare for their next steps.

Adrian Worth
I’m Adrian Worth, Co-Founder of Limitless Sports and Learning CIC, and Founder of Billingham Boxing Academy, and an England Boxing Level 3 Coach.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that your past doesn’t have to define your future. I know that because I’ve lived it.
When I was younger, I made mistakes and experienced challenges that could easily have taken my life in a very different direction. Looking back now, I realise how much difference the right people, the right opportunities and the right environment made. Those experiences are the reason I founded Billingham Boxing Academy and why I continue to dedicate my life to helping others.
I didn’t start the boxing club simply to produce champions, I started it to give young people the opportunities and support that I know can change lives. I wanted to create a place where everyone feels welcome, where people are judged by who they are today rather than where they’ve come from, and where hard work, respect and kindness are valued above everything else.
I don’t see young people as problems to be fixed. I see potential. I understand that many of the young people we work with are carrying challenges that others don’t always see, and sometimes all they need is someone who believes in them, listens to them and refuses to give up on them.
That’s exactly what Limitless Sports and Learning is about.
Every day, I have the privilege of working with young people who may have struggled in education, lost confidence or found themselves heading down the wrong path. My goal isn’t just to teach boxing or deliver education, it’s to help them believe in themselves, make better choices and realise they’re capable of achieving far more than they think.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to help develop national champions, international representatives and England pathway boxers. Those achievements make me proud, but they’re not what motivates me. The moments that mean the most are seeing a young person return to education, gain employment, improve their mental wellbeing, become a positive role model, or simply smile again after believing they had no future.
I believe everyone deserves a second chance because I know the difference one opportunity can make.
Jayne Wallace
I’m Jayne Wallace, I’m an England Boxing Level 3 Coach, and a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor.
I’m married with 2 children, and my family is at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, keeping active in the gym, exploring the outdoors, and taking city breaks where I can immerse myself in the culture and history of new places.
My passion has always been helping people to realise their potential. Through coaching and mentoring, I’ve seen first hand the positive impact that sport can have on confidence, resilience and personal development. Whether I’m working with young people facing barriers to education, supporting individuals to improve their wellbeing, or helping someone achieve a goal they never thought possible, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.
At Limitless Sports and Learning, I help develop and deliver our alternative education provision, creating programmes that engage young people who may have struggled in mainstream education. I believe that by providing a safe, supportive environment alongside positive role models, we can help young people build confidence, develop life skills and create brighter futures.
As a boxing coach, I’ve had the privilege of supporting athletes from their very first session through to national and international competition. However, while sporting success is something I’m incredibly proud of, I believe a greater achievement is seeing young people grow into confident, respectful and resilient individuals.
For me, Limitless is about far more than sport. It’s about creating opportunities, building stronger communities and ensuring every young person knows they have value, purpose and the ability to achieve great things.
